When you place an order or book a class, you are making an offer to purchase. Sabroso Dance Academy reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as changes or cancellations may not be possible after confirmation.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Refund requests must be submitted by contacting us at sabroso.academy@gmail.com and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

For digital services or online content, access will be provided electronically following successful payment.
For in-person classes, you are responsible for attending at the correct time and location. We are not responsible for missed classes due to late arrival, non-attendance, or personal circumstances.
SECTION 7 – PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING
Photographs and/or video recordings may be taken during classes, workshops, or events operated by Sabroso Dance Academy. These recordings may include participants and may be used for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, including on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
We process such images and recordings based on our legitimate interests in promoting and developing our services. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must inform us before or during the class, and we will take reasonable steps to respect your preference.

Sabroso Dance Academy is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly between you and Sabroso Dance Academy. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Sabroso Dance Academy.
